PAYMENT POLICIES

Our Deposit & Payment Policies

All consultations are free and done on a walk-in basis, any time during business hours. Daily walk-in space is secured on a first come first served basis. We accept all forms of payment, including cash, debit, Google Pay, Apple Wallet, and all major credit cards except for American Express. 

If a design isn’t done on a walk-in basis there will be a $100 dollar deposit for most drawings, which is NON-REFUNDABLE, and will be applied to your final tattoo session, provided you attend all scheduled appointments. Deposit cost for bigger or more complex designs, such as backs, large geometric or Celtic pieces, sleeves, leg wraps, and socks will be discussed between artist and client at the time of consultation.

Our tattoo minimum charge is a base rate of $90 for imagery and $130 for anything with lettering or "non-guaranteed" placements, plus aftercare + GST. When possible, clients will generally receive a straight out quote for the piece. If no quote is given, an hourly rate will apply. There will be a 5% GST charge and $7 aftercare charge on every tattoo. 

We understand that everyone has a budget. Please let us know what limitations you have or the cost you would prefer to stay within, and we will always try our best to work with you and consider those limitations to design to your budget whenever possible, or do partial designs with a plan that can be added onto as your budget allows. 


All work leaving our shop will be assessed after healing under our Touchup Policy, provided our aftercare process is strictly followed, which includes informing us immediately of any healing concerns if they arise. Areas or placements where that guarantee doesn’t apply will be discussed at initial consultation, and will have a higher minimum charge. 


Not all ideas make quality, long lasting tattoos (even if the freshly done photo you bring in looks great), so we will do our best to advise you of these concerns when planning your new piece. 

Tattoo Touchup Policy

Our Artists love to stand behind their work, and have it looking it's best! When it comes to your tattoo's outcome, results can sometimes alter through the healing process as the pigments settle, hair grows back, and you return to work and daily activities. Sometimes this can result in small areas of your tattoo may fade or disappear. Often times our clients don't notice, so it's best to stop by and let your Artist take a look to ensure everything healed up properly. There are also more rare times that a client may have an allergic reaction, infection, excessive scabbing, or a scrape that can damage their tattoo, and we will work hard to get you back on track as soon as possible, with the least amount of damage. No need to ever "assume" everything is fine. If you have any questions it's much better to be safe than sorry!!


We want your tattoo to meet or exceed your expectations and put a lot into making this happen. If the provided Aftercare instructions are not followed, a set up fee will apply in the case that a touchup  session is required. Otherwise, we offer this service complimentary between 6 weeks - 6 months post-tattoo.
